Payment Policies

Visa & Master card are accepted. All rates are in Tongan Pa’anga (TOP)

Deposits

All rates are subject to final confirmation at time of booking. A 25% Deposit is needed to secure all bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Credit card details are requested for the deposit. Cancellations must be received a minimum of 30 days before scheduled arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.

Other Conditions

In the event of certified death of passenger/accompanying passenger /or immediate family member a full refund will be made

Other Fees

Prices shown do not include the local consumption tax of 15%. All credit card charges are subject to a 4% fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Babies

Cribs are available for babies.
